Return & Refund Policy

At MITECH Trading, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 25 days of receipt in original, unopened condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • After 25 Days: Returns are not accepted unless related to a product warranty issue.
  • Return Authorization: A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request one by contacting our customer service via email. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA: Email customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If you do not receive a response within one business day, please call us.
  2. Package the Item: Ensure the product is in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by MITECH Trading.
  4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns.

Order Cancellations & Refused Shipments

  • Before Shipping: If you request to cancel an order before it ships, we will attempt to stop the delivery.
  • After Shipping: If cancellation is not possible, a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs (both to and from our facility) will apply—even if you refuse the package upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Visible Damage: Note the damage on the freight bill before signing.
  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after delivery, keep all packaging and contact the freight carrier immediately for an inspection and claim.
  • Freight Carrier Responsibility: Any damage caused during shipping must be claimed with the freight carrier. MITECH Trading is not responsible for shipping-related damage but will assist in replacing defective products under our warranty policy.

Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality, materials, or workmanship, you may return the item in unused condition within 30 days for an exchange or credit.
  • Extended Warranties: Some products include extended warranties (one-year, five-year, ten-year, or lifetime). Check the product description for details.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover shipping and handling fees.

  • Incidental or consequential damages due to defective products, shipping errors, or misrepresentation.
