Shipping Policy
Processing Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. However, unexpected delays due to external factors or carrier issues may occur, and MITECH Trading cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Visible Damage: Before signing for the package, note any damage on the freight bill.
- Concealed Damage: Contact the freight carrier immediately to arrange an inspection and file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials for review.
While MITECH Trading is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier, we are happy to assist with replacing defective products under our warranty policy.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by MITECH Trading.
- Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
