General Terms

By making a purchase from MITECH Trading, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Prices and Payments

• Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are F.O.B. shipping point. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, prepayments via money order or cashier’s check, and wire transfers (subject to a $15 fee).
• Taxes: Florida resale customers must provide a valid, signed annual resale certificate to avoid sales tax.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be received before the order is shipped.
• If an order has already shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and all shipping costs (both to and from our facility) will be deducted from the refund. This includes packages that are refused upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.

Liability

MITECH Trading is not responsible for:

• Any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products, shipping errors, or other issues.
• Misrepresentation due to product descriptions, images, or pricing errors.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the purchased product.
